Privacy Policy

QLX Games and our game apps (The Red Phone Games, MAGA Pinball) · Effective October 26, 2026

QLX Games is operated by Qualex Consulting Services, Inc. ("QLX", "we"), 1111 Kane Concourse, Suite 150, Bay Harbor Islands, FL 33154, USA. This policy covers the games at qlxgames.com and the standalone game apps we publish on the App Store and Google Play.

What the games collect

• No account is needed to play the standalone apps. They do not ask for your name, email, phone number, contacts, photos or location.
• Scores and settings (high score, chosen difficulty, sound on or off, your three-letter initials for the local leaderboard) are stored on your device only. They are not sent to us.
• Server logs. The Red Phone Games plays from files inside the app and does not contact our server. Games played on qlxgames.com, or apps that load from it, reach our server, and like any website our server records the IP address, device type and browser of each request for security and to keep the service running. These logs are kept for 30 days.
• qlxgames.com accounts. If you sign up on the website itself, we store the email address and password hash you give us, your game results and your QLX Credit balance. QLX Credit is a virtual in-game currency with no cash value.

Advertising

The games are free and show ads. Ads are served by Google (AdMob in the apps, AdSense on the website). Google may use your device's advertising identifier and other information to show and measure ads, as described in Google's advertising policy. You can limit ad tracking in your device settings (iOS: Settings, Privacy & Security, Tracking; Android: Settings, Google, Ads). We do not sell personal information.

CasinoVizion

The games can link to the CasinoVizion app and loyalty program, also published by QLX. If you choose to join CasinoVizion or transfer points, CasinoVizion's own privacy policy applies to the information you give it there.

Children

The games are satire for adults and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email us and we will delete it.

Your choices and rights

• Delete your local scores and settings by deleting the app.
• Ask us to delete a qlxgames.com account and its data at any time by emailing the address below.
• Residents of California, the EU and the UK may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information, and may object to its processing. Email us; we answer within 30 days.

Security and transfers

Data is stored on servers in the United States, protected by access controls and HTTPS. No method of storage is perfectly secure.

Changes

We will post any change to this policy on this page with a new effective date.
