Effective October 18, 2026. QLX Games is operated by Qualex Consulting Services, Inc., Miami, Florida ("QLX", "we").

1. The service

QLX Games (qlxgames.com) is a free entertainment site. By creating an account or playing a game you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.

2. Virtual currency

QLX Credit is a virtual in-game currency with no monetary value. It cannot be purchased, sold, transferred, withdrawn or redeemed for money, goods or services. Balances exist only inside QLX Games and may be reset, adjusted or removed at any time, including when an account is closed. Nothing on this site is a wager of real money, and no prize of value is offered.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Guest play of the arcade games is open to all ages. One account per person.

4. Your account

Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, abuse the games or the community chat, use automation, or try to interfere with the service.

5. Acceptable use

Do not post anything in the chat that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexual, or that shares another person's private information. Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, overload or exploit the games or the site.

6. Content and ownership

The games, artwork, names and code on QLX Games belong to QLX or its partners and are protected by copyright. You may play them on this site and in the official apps; you may not copy or redistribute them.

7. Advertising

QLX Games may show advertising, including through Google AdSense. Ads are labelled and never change a game's outcome.

8. Availability and changes

We may add, change or remove games and features at any time. The service is provided as is, without warranty. To the extent permitted by law, QLX is not liable for any loss arising from use of the site, and in any case our liability is limited to zero, since the service is free.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
